DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

How much does delivery cost?

  • Domestic Orders under $100 – $11 Flat-Rate for Standard Shipping
  • Domestic Orders over $100 – Free for Standard Shipping

What is the delivery method?

We use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. It is best to provide us with a shipping address where there is someone there to receive it during the day, otherwise, a note will be left for alternative arrangements to be made for re-delivery. If there are any special delivery instructions, for example, “please leave at the front door if no-one home”, please write this in the comments section when placing your order and this will avoid any hassles regarding re-delivery.

When will my order arrive?

We will endeavour to dispatch orders that are received by 12pm (AEST) on the same day and if not, on the next business day.  Orders placed after 12pm (AEST time), on the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on where the order is going, but it is between 1-3 days to most Australian locations. What happens when my order is delayed?

Please contact Australia Post directly to follow up on delayed shipments.. Information is on your confirmation email. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry for you.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email.

Can you deliver to Po Box / Parcel Collect / Private Mail Box Addresses? 

Yes. We use Australia Post for all our website orders.

What happens if no-one is home? 

If a receiver is not home, Australia Post may decide to leave the parcel in a safe place, unless a signature is required. Australia Post may opt to bring the parcel to the nearest collection point (Post Offices). It’s important to us that every parcel completes its journey safe and sound, but we cannot be held responsible for a parcel returned to us, or lost when marked as delivered in a safe place by Australia Post.

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We check everything before sending them to our customers however if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please CONTACT US within 3 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty product for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received.

What is the deal with the Free Sample?

Every cylinder of Ayusa Tea purchased will include a sample pack of the flavour not ordered ie. if Original Guayusa is ordered, then a Cinnamon Myrtle sample will be sent.
