Guayusa Pancakes

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Guayusa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 tspn Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tspn Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Plant Milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, leaving baking powder for last. If you feel like the mix is a bit dry, add 2 extra tablespoons of plant milk. 
    1 tbsp Guayusa Powder, 1/2 cup Oats, 1 Egg White, 1/2 Banana, 1 tspn Vanilla Extract, 1/4 cup Plant Milk of choice
  • Stir in baking powder to your mix after obtaining the desired consistency. 
    1/2 tspn Baking Powder
  • Cook on a greased pan with low-to medium heat, or go for a waffle maker. The goal here is to keep them green!
