I just wanted to take a moment to reach out and share how much Ayusa tea has genuinely helped me.
As someone living with ADHD and chronic illness, finding something that supports my energy levels without making my symptoms worse has always been incredibly difficult. Coffee has never worked well for me — it leaves me overstimulated, anxious, jittery, and usually followed by a crash that makes everything harder.
Ayusa has been completely different.
The energy it gives me feels calm, focused, and steady rather than overwhelming. I’m able to concentrate without feeling wired, there’s no crash afterward, and it doesn’t interfere with my sleep — something I’ve always struggled with when consuming caffeine. I also don’t experience the jitters or anxiety that I would normally get from coffee or other stimulants.
Over the past almost six months, I’ve actually stopped taking my ADHD medication and have been using Ayusa tea instead, and it has been a really positive experience for me. I feel clear-headed, regulated, and supported throughout the day without feeling stressed or overstimulated.
I work as a special needs teacher, so it’s essential for me to be alert, focused, and energetic, while also remaining calm, patient, and emotionally regulated.
